how to link a form data to the document

Hi,

I am using forms in the workflow and once the workflow is completed the attachment will be copied to a folder in OpenText DMS. I want the form data also to be added either as meta data for the attachment or want to save the form itself in the folder where the attachment is copied. Please suggest how can this be done. Thanks in advance

Nothing out of the box as far as I am aware, although you could create an Event Script, perhaps based on http://greggriffiths.org/livelink/development/oscript/eventscripts/llobjfromform.html to achieve what you need.

Hi Madhu,

You could transfer the form data, on a per-attribute basis, to workflow attributes which could then be mapped to category attributes using an Item Handler step.

The category attributes could then live against the attachment in its final destination.
