wsimport option

I installed Content Server 10.5 on Win 2012/ SQL 2012, and IIS 8, but now I need to work with webservices using java , is there a documentation about how can I get the proxies and java code from IIS? (something similar to wsimport?

Or Do I need to install the application on Tom Cat or some java application server?

If you are using Java, but have CWS deployed in IIS you can still use wsimport. The wsimport tool simply just looks at the WSDL and generates the client proxies from the WSDL. So your wsimport command would look something like this:

wsimport http://<servername>/cws/DocumentManagement.svc?wsdl

I don't think it matters whether you are using web services hosted on IIS or Application Server (tomcat, etc). You can still use wsimport to generate proxies. I had successfully generated java proxies where web services is running via IIS. Although it wasn't content web services.
