Getting Started with Security Clearance Web Service

I'm quite new to the Security Cleance Web Service and notice it alittle different from how we initiate the services of the others like docman, core or OTAuthentication.

Anyone can provide a headstart on how to initate its service ? (I'm using java)

Any help is much appreciated.
