Update category attributes of existing document dynamically

Hi,

Is there a way to update the category attributes of existing document dynamically using webservices in .net C#?

I can fetch the category template but unable to get the existing attribute values and update the metadata.

Hello 

I only did that in java but it should be nearly the same
first i wrote a function  which gets me the right Values:

here is a code snippet, i step through the categoryFields and read them, please ignore the "callSetAttributeWebreport" and stuff like that, in this particular case we had to set the attribute values via webreports because CaseManagement is not supportet in the webServices yet.
