Docs and Emails with no RSI

Hi All,

I am trying to identify using a LiveReport all documents and emails (SubType 144 and SubType 749) that have no RSI applied in Content Server 10.

Im using the DTree table to get the DataID and also the DVersData table to reterive the versions. I am trying to then do a match on the RM_CLASSIFICATION table to then be able to get to the rimsNodeClassification to get the RSI data - but the report seems to be failing here.

Is there an easier way in which to get this information?

If a doc has been given a RMCLASSIFICATION(551) it would show up in RIMSNODECLASSIFICATION & RM_MULTICLASS(if you use it) So what I think you could do is to just create a query that ties RIMSNODECLASSIFICATION to dataids for the object filters(749 &144)

something like

select dt.dataid,dt.subtype,dt.name,rn.classid,rn.rimsrsi from rimsnodeclassification rn,dtree dt  where RN.NODEID=dt.dataid and dt.subtype in (144,749) and rn.rimsrsi=null

 

leave out the and rn.rimsrsi=null and that is all objects of that subtype that has a RM applied.

I would think the query above can be explained as I want all dtree objects that appear in rimsnodeclassification but have rsi that is not tied to a classification.

I dont know why you want to go to dversdata because as far as RM is concerned it is the object dataid that matters.AFAIK RMCLASSIFICATION is info about the 551 subtype and does not necessarily know about the objects that received the classification.
