Internal error occurred!

Hi Guys,

So i have installed ELS and I opened it in Admin Client, problem is that as soon as I click “Upload Certificate”

It gives me an error.

Hi Ederich,

Which version of Enterprise Library, sounds like 10.5?

What is logged in ot-elib.log file (or rcs.log file)?

Did you configure the Archive Storage Provider in Content Server?

Yes i am running everything on 10.5.

I have done the confiure of storage provider.

I just checked the ot-elib.log and there are a lot of errors?

So I suggest you contact the OpenText Customer Support and provide the problem description and log file.
