User list to identify assigned privileges

I wish to create an SQL query which when run would bring back a list of users which would identify which user privileges have been assigned to the user, i.e. Log-in Enabled, Public Access enabled, etc.

I was able to launch a query on privileges from the KUAF table - what came back was a number which does not identify the actual privileges assigned to the user.

Can someone please help.
