Error in creating a new application in ELS

Hi All

Could some one please help me to resolve this issue which occurs while creating a new application in ELS. Its the first application I am trying to create in our environment. We are at CS 10 update 5

Below is the error

An unknown error occurred. (ApplicationId=SAPPW2)

We are getting the same error. Can you please post any resolution for the same?

There could be various reasons. Without further information it's not possible to help. I suggest you contact the Customer Support to get this resolved.

Hi,

1. Check OTCS database, space available

2. Refer https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll/kcs/kbarticle/view/KB520496

This may help to resolve the issue.
