Unable to Connect to Enterprise Library Service

Hi All,

I need an urgent help from you all brightest folks.

I am trying to connect to Enterprise Library Service to create a new application& getting error Invaild user name & password.

Runtime & core services are running file.user name with which i logged in is rcsadmin. I have reset the password same password of rcsadmin in Admin livelink server however still not able to login.

Could you please let me know what needs to be done so that I can login to Enterprise Library Service.

You need to use the Content Server admin user to create an EL application in MMC.

If this doesn't help please contact OpenText Customer Support to have this analysed and solved.

Thanks for your mail.

Just wanted to let you know that I am not able to login to ELS.It is giving me error "Invalid Username/password. I have reset rcsadmin password same in content server as well but no luck.
