Dear Expert,
I have followed step which has mentioned in “Setting Up Enterprise Library ” from Chapter 11- 13 ‘Setting Up an All-in-one Scenario (Windows) ‘(https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/piroot/el/v100201/el-igd/en/el-igd-en.pdf).
While doing testing, http://localhost:8080/elclient_10.2.1/elclient.jnlp client-specific login dialogue for Enterprise Library not opening it is showing window as downloading, please find screenshot attached.
Please help me; I am new to this configuration.

Hi Pradeep,
I think this message means, that there is no Java Runtime Engine installed. Or it’s installed, but the browser plug-in is disabled or missing.
Please install the Java Runtime Engine 7 on the computer, where your browser runs, and restart your browser.

Thanks Andreas, Issue got solved by reinstalling the JRE.
