Hi Abhishek,

If you were talking about team development, you would need to install local instance of the builder on your environment, do your development and then you would need to check-in/check-out the OLL files into a source code repo that is supported by Eclipse.

Each time you try to compile your code on Eclipse, you are committing a change to the OLL file itself. Therefore, 2 or more people cannot work on more than one installation of CSIDE for one instance of CS 10.5 and make their changes simultaneously. It would cause a lot of issues.
