List of all Folders and Docs that a Given Security Group has Permission To

I need a LiveReport that displays all the folders and documents that a particular security group has permission to.  The input would be the security group name.  If the group has any access to the folder or document, it would be added to the output.

We are using LES 9.7.1 and SQL Server.

Replace %1 with Group Name.

 

 

select DTree.DataID, DTree.Name

from DTreeACL acl, DTree, KUAF

where DTree.DataID= acl.DataID AND

        KUAF.Name= %1 AND 

        (RightID= KUAF.ID OR RightID in (select ID from KUAFChildren where ChildID = KUAF.ID))

 

The “RightID = KUAF.ID” checks direct group permissions whereas the sub query with KUAFChildren checks indirect group permissions (selected group is part of another group).
