Deleted Attachments Audit

Hi,

I need to create a report which gives audit about a workflow attachment. Basically the requiremnt is to find out when a workflow attachment was deleted and by which user.

We only have the workflow ID and no other inputs.

I tried looking in dauditnew but there I could get delete audit but not specific information for which workflow that document belonged.

Any inputs would be really appreciated.

We are on CS10 Update 10, Oracle 11G and also have undelete module.

This is convoluted to an extent and may not be possible to backtrack all the way to a WF. The WF Attachments folder is "Subtype=154". The DAUDITNEW of the Folder doesn't record when Documents are added or deleted or any other similar function.

The VALUE1 and VALUE2 show the path and the document, respectively, from which it was deleted. WF Attachment folders show the person who initiated it and and the WF ID at the end of the name. It has a childcount like any folder.

In DAUDITNEW.VALUE1 you would find something like this: "cschmidt:Temp Map - 09 07 14 162318:Attachments", but it would be difficult to tie this value to a WF. The numbers are the DD MM YY HHMMSS when it was initiated. You might be able to extract the USERID, search for the KUAF.ID and then go to find how many WFs the User initiated and from there try to compare the date&time.
