Cannot Add User on CSAdmin Role

Hello,

I installed Enterprise Library Services accordingly to the manual 02. OpenText Enterprise Library Services 10.1.0 Installation and Upgrade Guide, and now I am on the configure section 4.3.

I successfully created the authentication driver, but when I try to add a user to the CSAdmin role, on the first screen to enter the name and the type, I type Adm* and select loginName, but everytime I get a timeout

The operation has timed out

Status: Timeout

Response: null

Does anyone experienced the same problem?
