We are getting the same problem in the Engineering Document Management module (specifically, the CRT Dashboard). We checked the crtdashboard.html file size and found that it's 155 Kb in size which might causes the issue because it's a lot bigger than the others. So now we're kind of stucked. Everytime we open Eclipse, the CRT Dashboard fails (it shows a blank page) but when we close Eclipse and start the CS service as normal, it works fine.
We cannot do anything right now because we did not create that module, it's from OpenText, right?
So... What solution/workaround would you prefer to us so that we can continue our work?
