Not sure if anyone can help but we have a problem with form versions deletes which are causing deadlocks on the provider retry table. That issues is already beeing discussed with Opentext but while that discussion is going on I had planned to enable workflow form versioning in order to work around the problem.
However having unticked the disable versioning option at the workflow level I'm getting errors when running through the map. Our map is large so we use sub maps to break it down and the form in question is used on both the map and sub map with all the details being passed between the two forms when the submap is initated and completed. The sub map is initiated fine and the form on the sub map is fine but when you try and complete the submap I'm getting a rather unhelpfull error message:-
Livelink Error: Error performing Workflow operation.
[Error loading form data.]
Has anyone seen anything like that before, any ideas what I might do to fix it?
