read folder structure expanding shortcuts

Hi,

I use GetNodesInContainer method to read an entire folder structure which works fine.

However, in some cases I have shortcuts to other folders in which case only the folder (its shortcut) is retrieved but not its content. Is there an easy way to have GetNodesInContainer expand on "shortcut folder structures"? (I didn't find any setting in GetNodesInContainerOptions).

Hi Juergen,

 

To my knowledge, that functionality does not exist.

Following shortcuts automatically (one-level deep) is something that only search has implemented at this point in time.
