Remove item(s) from Recycle Bin / Empty Recycle bin CWS

I was able to succesfully delete items through CWS but they are sent to the recycle bin.

How can I delete / remove items from the recycle bin to permanently delete them. The issue I'm running into is the Nickname is still used when the item is sent to the recycle bin.

no choice, you have to process the delete twice. Once from where the document is and a second delete from the recycle bin. We did not find another way to do it. ALso to delete an object from recycle bin, you also need to delete object that relate to it such as generation

This is for unit testing so it's no big deal for now - I appreciate knowing though.

For those interested:

For my unit testing I setup temporary nodes (folders for now) in a "test" area, I set attributes, modify attributes, etc and at the end of each test run I clean everything up. I track the list of all IDs that I've created for the test in a List<> and at the end of the tests I call Delete (now multiple times)

In my approach (which was oscript) I reserved a pool of servers with "Recycle Bin" removed so the double delete issue does not occur.

Again the node dletions were prevented by from memeory.

If a version is rendered 'locked'
if a version was reserved
If a version points to a 'generation'
If a "Hold" was applied to the node direct or indirect(not easy to program other than in oscript)
If it was part of a RM classification with a valid RSI.

My approach was to try a delete and work on the error returned rather than trying to figure out what would cause the call back to fire so the approach was very fast and accomplished millions of deletes in a timely fashion..Just some more ideas
