Report for deleted users who have initiated workflows

Hi there,

We have a somewhat common scenario where a temporary employee will start workflows and then their contract will expire, leaving the workflow with no initiator in the system (before the workflow is completed).

Does anyone out there have a LiveReport which would detail any workflows with deleted initiators?

A simple method would be to check each Performer of an Active WF against the KUAF. If deleted, the name will show as such and there are flags. But this doesn't tell you when it was deleted. The KUAF record needs to contain the CREATION and DELETION date within it. You shouldn't have to look in the DAUDITNEW for it. That's an enormous waste of time. The DAUDITNEW ought to contain those records, but those two dates need to be in the KUAF for easy, simple, reporting. You can't tell if any future steps will be executed or not because of the EVAL steps that could route it one path or another. You need to produce Proxies before a User is deleted so this won't become a worry.
