If this is Oracle, you can see all the Tables in a DB tool, such as SQL Developer (free from Oracle). As far as Codes go, some are found in manuals "Champion Toolkits", sometimes in this forum, and also from digging and self-gathering of values and what they show in the Browser interface.

As far as relationships go, for example, the DTREE.DATAID is used many, many places and named the same, but other times not. Common sense looking at a given table will tell you what item is referencing which core table.
