How to orphan AdminLLRequesHandler object?

I'm trying to orphan AdminLLRequesHandler into my module but there is no WebAdmin.AdminLLRequestHandler in Open Ospace Object window!

What happens if you put in the ParentObject Window lookup

Notice the double colon concept that is the look forward on that
