Move/Copy Node with versioning option.

Using CWS, is it possible to move/copy a document to a folder and create a version if a document with same name exist ?
I tried using MoveOptions.AddVersion = true; when using MoveNode() but did not work. Any ideas?

            CopyOptions co = new CopyOptions();
            co.AddVersion = true;         

            DocManClient.CopyNode(ref OTAuth, 31151, 27412, "S3", co);
