Filling out form and initiating workflow

I have a workflow where the name of the different steps is dependent on an attribute in the form that is to be provided before initiating the workflow. So I'm trying to fill out the form and subsequently initiate the workflow using webservices but can't find out how to achieve this.

I've seen several posts in this forum asking for a working example but I can't find an answer. Hopefully someone is in the Christmas spirit and is willing to post a working example (preferably in c#).

Is the form a livelink webform based on a livelink

Form template? And is the workflow map configured

To work with the form? If those conditions

Are not met the wf cannot see the form data

Also all it takes is to make that same form

Launch the workflow .I am totally not

Following the use of web services for this

All conditions you state are met. The reason for doing this with webservices is that a user spends about 80x10 minutes a week on starting up workflow instances based on information in certain emails that are being received.

We would like to automate this process by analyzing these emails and automatically start up these workflow instances based upon the information in the email.

Outlook to be mail client what is preventing

You from creating a program in c# and after you

Have derived your business rule to start

A wf instance now if you wanted to manipulate

The form data you can inspect the wf

Packages and put data into the form fields

If a form template has to be the first entry

Point of your code I do not know this but

Somehow you have to simulate calling the

Form URL thru WSAPI code then fill the values

Which should not be hard because

Any programming language can simulate

Yes, the form is based on a Livelink Form Template
