If you did, and you are having any issues with creating documents, it is due to a bug in Physical Items... Seek out patch PAT105000297 for Physicial Items, and your troubles will go away.
This patch affects both CWS & LES-SERVICE calls. In our case, we couldn't update a nickname as expected. Kept getting "physicial item error" messages during the debug process.
