When starting eclipse with an oscript project, it prompts to shut down the CS service just like the older builder, but the shutdown fails. See screen shot attached, any idea?
It’s showing “Service %s”.
It sounds like perhaps the service name is missing from your opentext.ini file.
I think it’s typically in the [general] section…
It's there... I didn't run eclipse as admin! Do you always run eclipse as admin? Does it cause any negative impact?
This is a known issue. Process elevation on Windows is kind of a pain, especially when you're trying to do it from Java. We've just had other priorities.
You could run Eclipse as Administrator, yes. Or just use the dialog as a propt to open the Local Services dialog and manage the service from there.
Has this been resolved? I'm having the same problem with CS16.
