StreamServe to Enterprise Library Services

The StreamServe admins are looking to send documents with metadata into Content Server 10.0 Update 2014-09 via Enterprise Library Services (ELS).

My question is which components will I need to install on Content Server? I noticed that ELS includes a number of components (ie Runtime and Core Services, Administration Services, Archive Services, Content Web Services, Metadata Services, Enterprise Views Services, Search Services, Landscape Agent, etc).

This is Content Server 10 Update 2014-09, thus you’ll need Enterprise Library 10.2.1 UPD 3.

You can choose from various deployment scenarios. Assuming you’d like to install everything on a single computer, please choose the following deployment scenarios in the Mastersetup:

<![if !supportLists]>·        <![endif]>Archive Server

<![if !supportLists]>·        <![endif]>Content Server

<![if !supportLists]>·        <![endif]>Enterprise Library Services

 

The Content Server scenario installs Content Server and various modules.

If you already have Content Server, then un-check it on the Product Groups page in Mastersetup. The same applies to the modules checked there, if you already have them.

 

If you’d like to keep the modules to a minimum, you can un-check all but

<![if !supportLists]>·        <![endif]>Extensions for Enterprise Library
