Need get folder object id by Name and Add a document from Desktop to the LL in that folder

I need to get the dataid of a folder from the FolderName and Add a Document from the desktop to that folder

I find AddDocument and GetObjectInfo objects for this but i am gettting an error of 101603.

How can i use this methods to do this? Please help me. I am ne w to LAPI
