Service Communication Error in SAP Diagnostic Program

Hello experts,

Need your valuable input here. We encounter some error (red flag) in Diagnostic Program after installation of xecm.

Error on

10 - Can the Enterprise Library Service be executed?

14 - Can the Enterprise Library Content Service be executed?

18 - Can the Content Server Member Service be executed?

21 - Can the ECMLink Service be executed?

and all showing the same error message = "

SoapFaulCodeName: WebServices.Authentication.SAPTokenError  SoapFaulCodeNamespace: urn:api.ecm.opentext.com SAPSSOEXT Authentication Handler not configured"

In otds.log (tomcat) showing

2015-05-27 16:26:51.072 [bio-8080-exec-3] ERROR  com.opentext.otds.as.drivers.sapssoext.SAPSSOEXTAuthHandler  - Could not initialize SSO2Ticket using library sapcrypto.dll. Exception thrown: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: com.mysap.sso.SSO2Ticket.init(Ljava/lang/String;)Z
2015-05-27 16:26:51.072 [bio-8080-exec-3] ERROR  com.opentext.otds.as.drivers.sapssoext.SAPSSOEXTAuthHandler  - Error on SSO2Ticket.validateToken: returned null

In Ot-elib.log showing

2015-05-27 16:26:51,072 ERROR [http-bio-8080-exec-9] com.opentext.otds.client.WebServiceOtdsCallerV2 -- INVALID_CREDENTIALS

Is someone facing the same problem? I have follow this article replacing sapssoext.dll and sapsecu.dll https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=55655596&objAction=ArticleView
