Content Server Data Refresh Along with Archive Server

Hi There,

We are refreshing our non-production environment with Fresh Production data. We have Content Server 10 Update 13 setup with Archive Server 10.1.1.

Could you please help me out to find any best practice Or reference document for non-production refresh of content server setup along with Archive Server?

We upgraded from 9.7 to 10.5 in October 2014 and used this Case Study document located in the KB: https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll?func=ll&objaction=overview&objid=18007426

We took pieces from it and had some custom steps. Our process was not 100% and I need to create a new process for refreshing 10.5. We do not have Archive Server.

Hopefully this will help you out or give you a starting point. If anyone finds more recent documentation please share.

Thanks for the response Keith but basically we are looking for refreshing the Archive Server data. Is there any documentation on the list of changes to be performed while restoring the database and EFS.

We don't use Archive Server and I do not see anything in KB for a refresh other than someone else asking for the same thing that went unanswered.
