How to perform CRUD actions on Holds?

Hi all,

Is it possible to perform CRUD actions on Holds via CS Webservices? I've looked in the API reference and in code on our Development environment. But can't seem to find a way to perform actions on Holds which are placed on documents.

Any advice on the topic is well appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Remco,

If you're talking about operating on the holds themselves - your're right, it can't be done in full via webservice.

1. Create - RMCreateHold

2. Read (kind of ) - RMGetHolds

4. Delete - RMDeleteHold

As for the holds applied to the documents - there are operation available:

1. Create - RMApplyHold

2. Read - RMShowAllHolds

4. Delete - RMRemoveHold

Thank you, that's exactly what I am looking for specifically the operations on documents (RMApplyHold, RMShowAllHolds, RMRemoveHold). Is my assumption correct that these operations can be found in the RecordManagement.svc service?
