Where has the CS 10.0 SDK gone???

Didn't this used to be available from the Products page for Content Server?  There is no SDK link there. I need to get a copy of Builder for a client who is stuck on CS 10.0U7, meaning I need Builder release 5 for CS 10.  Where are the links hidden?
