Error when working with Workflow in CWS

I have this error when working with workflows:

Reason = {[WORKFLOWSERVICE_ERRMSG.?TaskHasNotBeenAssignedToAnyone?]}

Please can any tell me how to assign task?

Well, this problem is usually presented when you have tried complete a workflow step and this step haven't an user or group assign.

This had happened me sometimes and i can solve it only adding to the step an user or group and making the test again.
