LiveReport for Destryoyed Objects

Has anyone created a livereport for objects that were destroyed as part of the disposition process? The data is stored in the delete audit table (RM_DeleteAudit), including the QDate field (Date and Time of disposition snapshot which action caused item to be deleted, Corresponds to QDate in RM_DISPRESULTS). Hoping someone can help me out. Thanks!

On a side not - I am already aware of the Audit Log (through RM) as well as the "View Destruction Log"

What sort of report are you looking for? You really only need to know two pieces of info:1, NodeID of the Disposition search (dispnodeid); 2, Date of the Disposition Snapshot (qdate).

With those two pieces of info you can query either the rm_dispresults or rm_deleteaudit table.

SELECT *
FROM rm_dispresults
WHERE dispnodeid=123456789
AND to_char(qdate) = '09-FEB-15'

SELECT *
FROM rm_deleteaudit
WHERE to_char(qdate) = '09-FEB-15'

I am basically looking for a livereport to use an alternative to the "View Destruction Log" which provides a list of objects that were destroyed through a Disposition Search

I'm hoping to use the information in the RM_deleteaudit and RM_dispresults to build the livereport.

Also, would it be possible to use the dispositionid as an input parameter in the report? That would be incredibly helpful if I could.

I don't have access to a destruction log report at the moment, but I believe the rm_deleteaudit table has dispnodeid in it as well.

SELECT *
FROM rm_deleteaudit
WHERE dispnodeid=123456789
AND to_char(qdate) = '09-FEB-15'

This will mimic the results displayed when using the "View Destruction Log" report:

SELECT DataID, Name, ClassName, FileNumber, Status, RIMSStatusDate, RequestID, ApproverID, AuthorizationDate, RSI, DispAuthority, Owner, DispNodeID, QDate
FROM rm_deleteaudit
WHERE dispNodeID=%1
AND to_char(qdate) = %2

I added DataID, DispNodeID, and QDate to the results.
