Set folder to search

Hi,

I need to perform a search limited to a specific folder (including subfolders) using the SearchService.svc
I have tried the where2 = [qlregion OTLocation] 2345 but it still returns all the results back.
Has anyone faced this issue, or can anyone share some wisdom?

query.ResultSetSpec = "Location_ID1=" + nodeId +"&boolean1=and&where1=" + whereClause;

seems to do the job
