Get a folder id

Hi,
I have a workflow, in this workflow I have a folder definition.
I need to delete the folder created with the folder definition and the Delete Steps accept only an attribute with the Node ID of the folder, so the question is how can I get the folder ID with an oscript?

DeleteNode is that part of XMLWF extensions? then usual way is you do not need a event script or code,you will first export the folder in question as a XML Export object,then you will use a Modify step to reach inside the xml structure and parse the nodeid and write that to a available attribute.Find a document by Eric Saavedra.It is in the champion tool kit.

Other avenues you may have is

1. If not enabled execute the SQLstep with some work you can find the nodeid.
2. WR has similar logic.

If you are not using xml wf extensions package the oscript is justified.I have posted a sample many years before that actually shows the parsing of internal data structures looks like i used the same concept as your requirement.It may be either in builder or workflows forum. If it is an item reference in your forms or attributes package you want to target type=305.I f i find it and it is useful for you pls post back  I will try to explain or convert it into cside code.
