Object Exporter exporting Old version category metadata

Hi,

We are having Livelink971. We are using Object Exporter to export the documents.
A single document is having multiple versions associated with it. Every version has a category attached to it. 

When we export the document, we find that the Object Exporter is exporting category information of very first version. Instead its expected that the latest version category information is attached.

Is there any patch for this? Please let me know asap for any solution.

Hi Amit,

We recently had the similar issue for a customer and ended up with a custom patch (see attachment) developed on Content Server 10.5 Object Exporter.

Incase of category definition changes with additional or deleted attributes on Source environment, then make sure to add these legacy attributes into Target environemnt category definition until migration.
