Custom subtpe - Move as well as Zip and Download doesn't work

Hello OScripters,

I have built two custom object types (subtypes) and everything works as expected except for the move operation as well as Zip & Download.

For the move, it's the typical: Not Completed - Error moving ''

For the zip & download, I get Zip & Download not supported for this object type.

If someone could just point me in the right direction to get started I'd appreciate it!

Was able to get Multi-File zip to work with my new object. Is it normal behaviour for the zip & download to only work at 1 level? Does zip & download support cascading through a few levels of folders? I've only been able to zip documents at level 1. Anything below that says "Multi-File functionality is not supported at this level".

That’s correct. The Zip and Download functionality had always worked in this manner. It would target ONLY the first level of folders by default and there doesn’t yet seem to be a way to change this behaviour either.

Correct it is designed this wayJ don’t want to zip up the EWS and kill the system

Anyone have experience with how to get the “Move” working with a new subtype and RM module installed?

I orphaned the Folder object but I’m missing something to get the move to work. The error message is “Not Completed - Error moving”.

Looks like the issue is with RM module. Wondering if someone has experience making this work?
