Upload Document and Change Create Date and Modify date

Hi,

I'm uploading a document using the Enterprise Web Services, however the create date,modify date I specify does not get set in one of the Development environment. Instead the current date is the create date.

I am able to update create date ,modify date in Production system to what ever required.

Are there any settings in Admin section that required to set in CS to update create date and modify date ?

"Although the CreatedDate and ModifiedDate properties can be set locally in the object, the server will ignore these value when updating the metadata.

This is by design."
