All .os files and modules features getting _1 suffix after import - why?

From time to time when I import a module, all the .os files have _1 added to the end. Then when the module builds, all the features have _1 added to the end.

Why does this happen? What's the best fix? I've had to keep stopping everything and manually renaming things. If I try removing and re-importing the same module sometimes it's ok, usually it has the same problem. Does Eclipse thing there are existing files with those names? Is it a setting related to caching files?

This is a huge time-waster for the project. It's happened to more than one developer.

It looks like it's related to Eclipse tracking files it has in the Project. It you delete the files, then Import from Ospace again it considers all the files duplicates.

Any fixes for this yet? I just imported a module with dozens of objects all with _1 after their names. It hurts if everytime I import I have to rename about 50 objects and modify all their object declaration statements.

There is a ticket IDE-870 opened to resolve this issue. I am not able to really reproduce the issue. I need to reproduce the problem to understand what is going on, this happens with specific olls so we need the exact oll that cause this (it is probably how objects are orphaned inside the module, but without reproducing it, this is speculations)
Can you provide the module you encounter this issue with, you cann add it to the ticket or send it to my email directly.

Try your own module RECMAN - that does it for me.

I tried RENDITION and OI and they're fine.
