Live report

Could you, please, help me with the following – we need to create a report under folder which would contain the following information:

need sql query to run this report.

1. Object name

2. Object ID

3. Date created

4. Date last modified

5. Who created

6. Who modified it last

MS SQL query? This can be had two different ways: 1). Create a report that allows you to browse to the folder and then report the information you want or 2). Prompt for the DATAID for the Folder. The information can be had using the DTREEANCESTORS, DTREE/DTREECORE, KUAF, & DVERSDATA.

The MS SQL is a bit different from Oracle. Which is it? This is a simple report.

Here is a simple query that should work for MSSQL and Oracle installations.

select d.name ObjectName, dataid ObjectID, createdate 'Date Created', modifydate 'Date Modified', k1.name'Created By', k2.name'Modified By'

from dtree d, kuaf k1, kuaf k2 where d.createdby=k1.idand d.modifiedby = k2.id and d.dataidin (select dataidfrom dtreeancestors where ancestorid= %1)

If you want to output your results in folder hierarchy form rather than an un-structured list you need to say whether it is a MSSQL database or an Oracle database.
