We are trying to create new application for ELS but getting error of audit interests.

com.opentext.ecm.services.entlib.ELServiceException: Getting application audit interests failed!<Tue May 24 04:10:24 EDT 2016> [{error_namespace=ELService, error_code=GetAuditInterestsFailed, ObjectId=OTT, error_category=Operation}] (com.opentext.livelink.service.core.ServiceException: listItem (long value) cannot be Undefined)
Does anyone how to enable audit interests? Please let me know if anyone have seen this issue before.
