Ospace fails to be created

Hello All.. i have installed cs 16 and sdk for cs 16 along eclipse juno 64 bit. As a newbie to oscript, i am trying to play with the system. I can a project, module and package however when i create an ospace the system error is thrown asking into look into the log file. On checking, i noticed a null error is getting thrown from eclipse however the .oll file is getting created. Any suggestions on how to overcome the ospace error. Thx
