Export CS objects to Drupal

We have a need to pull content (images c/w metadata) from Content Server to a Drupal website as the presentation layer. What would you suggest is the best way to achieve this.

Are these objects LL objects like it has a dataid an subtype(144 )or are you talking about static images one sees like word documents/folder images etc.If they are dms object types most new Livelink systems know how to respond to standard RESTAPI.developer.opentext.com might be a good site for you to get info on this.The other api is SOAP as well.If all fails you can xmlexport and stylesheet it as well.

RESTAPI usually responds like this upto the server script/llisapi.dll/GET api/v1/nodes/{id}

So it will looks like http://myserver/livelink/cs,exe/llisapi.dll/api/v1/nodes/2000

2000 is a hard coded enterprise workspace that occurs in most livelink systems in the world.That number could change so look in the GUI what your LL's enterprise workspace id is.

Systems like Netweaver which I have worked has a concept called iViews which actually puts the Livelink inside a frame.
