I checked the release notes, and I couldn't find what I'm looking for. Our senior administrator noticed that the Web Services DLLs changed in the latest release from what we have in U 2015-06. The question I got was whether there are any changes to the method signatures (or any addendums). I suspect that the answer is no and these new DLLs reflect bug fixes to existing methods, but I'm hoping to get a more official answer from the forum.

PS. I had the additional question about .NET 4. Our administrator attempted to change the application pool from .NET 2 to .NET 4 and it failed spectacularly. If this is unexpected, I'd like to know that too.
