error in generating Context ID or favourites

We are using livelink version : Content Server 10 Update 9 (version 10.0.0.2314)

Eclipse Version: Mars.1 Release (4.5.1)

build id: 20150924-1200

 

when we are using the CWS API we got error as

Authenticating User...SUCCESS!

Getting the user's favorites...FAILED!

S:Server : Client received SOAP Fault from server: java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.

 

Authenticating was success but when we try for upload or getting favorites there is error as shown above. Can you please provide help in resolving the issue.

We followed each and every step as per above link. PFA for java code file and error screen shot.

Hi,

Does the user have at least one favorite?

I suppose that if he doesn't have any favorites the system returns -1 just to say that it is empty, but you will need to manage this return value otherwise if you pass it directly to your loop it is normal to get this error.
