Report for physical Items under a physical item container with metadata

Hi All,

We are running content server 10 and using SQL server as Database.

Could any body help me to produce a live report for all physical items under a physical item container with metadatas applied to it like category and classfication etc..

The fields should be as below

ID: ->Circulation->Unique ID

Categories-> Division/Bureau Code

Categories-> Organizational Unit cod

Categories-> Compactors

Classification: PI-> Records Detail-> File Number

Title: ->General-> Name

Dates: ->Specific-> From / To Dates

Status: ->Record Detail-> Status

Schedule: -> Record Detail-> RSI

I’m unfamiliar with it, but I would try this association, if I was new to the layout:

 

A Physical Item Container is SUBTYPE = 412 and I would guess it acts much like a “folder” SUBTYPE = 0.  With that being in the DTREECORE, reference the LLATTRDATA.

 

You might also reference the CATREGIONMAP to get the names of the ATTRIBUTES.  In there, you would also determine the type of Attribute: Date, Integer(for User ID or DataID), String, etc..

-1            String/Text

2              Integer

5              Boolean Flag

10           String Popup

11           String Multiline

12           Integer Popup

13           Data Popup

14           UserField

20           Real Popup

101         Group ID

305         Item Reference
