Environment: OTCS 16.0.1 running on MS Server 2012 R2 Standard (installed and configured) + Apache Server Tomcat 8.0.36
Goal: OTDS 16.0.1 Installation
On page 14 of OTDS 16.0.1-Installation and Administreation Guide (OTDS160001-IWC-EN-04) in the paragraph To configure Content Web Services for Directory Services on Tomcat, the fist point is:
Download the latest version of Content Web Services from the Knowledge
Center (https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll/open/
ContentWebServices). Follow the instructions in the Content Web Services
documentation.
The web application server will detect the new WAR file and automatically
deploy it.
However, there is nothing to download there but instructions to change WAR file what I did succesfully, So, what is the web application server that detects the WAR file and deploy it (I assume Tomcat)? Is there somehing missing? Since, after installing OTDS 16.0.1 on the server, there is only reference in Control Panel but it has not been created as an app in Windows 2012 R2, so simply can't access it being sure that is installed and no errors. Is there another way to verify the installation or someone had a similar situation in the past? Thank you
