CS16 SDK Plug in Issues for Oclipse

Hi,

We installed OTCS 16 and We nstalled Eclipse Lunar and CS16 Plugin. I am encountering issues.

Once the Eclipse is started and prompted for Shutdown of Services.Services are not shutting down.Need to stop the service manually and need to load the eclipse modules.
Once a new custom module is created,Getting Java.Null pointer exception in com.opentext.csside plugin.Unable to orphan general callback scripts and webnode or any core functionalities.

Please reply if anyone already encountered this issue with CS16 SDK.

Can you try running Eclipse as an Administrator via theRight Click à Run As Administrator option and see if it works?

Thank you Pramod. Run as Administrator worked for Shutting down services. I need to reinstall Plug in and create the workspace again to resolve the Orphan issue.May be that is also permission related only.

Hi Sarika,

I would advise that you use Eclipse Mars for the CSDIE plug-in. I had problems with CSID on Lunar that went away with Mars.
