Side Bar Widget not getting displayed

Hello,

We have Workspace types created for our Doculinks in particular folders and for each Workspace type we have enabled the Side Bar Widgets and selected related attribues, related items & recent changes but when we browse through the workspaces we're unable to see the side bar widget.

FYI - This server is a clone copy of original server that we had, so is there a possibility of any configuration change ?
Can you please guide on what could be the solution for this?

Hi Tushar,

 

You don‘t specify the product and version you are talking about.

If it is xECM 10.5.1 or earlier then you need to have the workspaces type connected to a business object type to be able to display the side bar.
