Report to get Folder Name, Document Name, AuditEvent, EventDate, UserID

Hi,

I am looking to generate a report urgently which would comprise of all the below fields :

Folder Name, Document Name, AuditEvent, EventDate, UserID

Any quick help on this is highly appreciated. if I get a sql query run in oracle database, it would be great.

Hi There,

Please use below query:

select p.dataid "Folder ID",p.name " Folder name",d.dataid "Document id",d.name "Document Name",c.Name "performer Name" ,dauditnew.auditdate, AuditStr "Action"
from KUAF c,dauditnew , dtree p ,dtree d where dauditnew.performerid=c.id and d.dataid=dauditnew.dataid and p.dataid=d.ParentID and
dauditnew.subtype=144

You don’t specify why you want “Auditevent” or whether you want all events or specific ones or if you want Folders only under a particular parent or all folders in CS. All of those conditions would alter the query…and Oracle or MS/SQL Server?

Thanks Colin for the response. I was looking for all the documnets there in all the folders and all the events users performed on them. I got the query now and it served my need.
